Atama is a fully remote company without any offices. Our team members are spread across the US and Germany. As a member of our team, you will be invited to work wherever you're happiest and most productive. Within each country, we try to get together in person to collaborate and socialize a few times a year — optional if that’s not your jam.
Role Specifics
In this role, you’ll work closely with the rest of the engineering team, product manager, and designer. We don’t always write nitty-gritty spec docs for new features so you’ll have to use your experience, common sense, and intuition.
Every day is something new. We experiment with new approaches and learn along the way. The engineering team connects a few times a week for deeper dives into tech challenges. Outside of that, someone is always available to hop on a call to provide a second pair of eyes or ears.
We work across several time zones and aim to have at least a couple of hours of shared time each week. Aside from that, you’re free to set your schedule.
We are looking for someone who works great in a team but can also solve challenges independently.
