Workspaces are used to logically separate brands, business units, or even projects. Most of the marketer's day-to-day work of creating experiences etc. happens in a workspace.

Create Workspace

  1. Navigate to Composer Studio.
  2. Under the "Need a new workspace?" tile, click on "+ Create"
  3. Fill out all the required form fields:
    1. "Name" - Used to identify the workspace. This name will be shown in the workspace switcher and the organization home screen.
    2. "Description" - This field lets you provide more details about what the workspace is all about.
    3. "Icon URL" - Optional field to visually differentiate workspaces on the home screen.
  4. Click "Create" when you're ready.

Edit Workspace

  1. Navigate to Composer Studio.
  2. Locate the tile for the workspace you want to edit.
  3. Click on the "Edit" link below the "View workspace" button.
  4. Make your changes and click "Save". Refer to the descriptions above if you're curious about what each field is used for.

Delete Workspace


Deleting a workspace is only possible through the API right now. Please contact us.
